Shui Xian Oolong
Shui Xian translates to “water sprite” and is produced similar to a Wuyi Mountain Oolong, and therefore shares similar tasting notes like apricot, prune and has a lingering mineral note. Grown at 800 meters. Can resteep multiple times.
Steeping Suggestions:
Hot: 212°F Amount: 2 tsp. of tea. Steep: 3-4 minutes
Iced: Steep 1 oz of tea overnight (or 8-12 hours) in 1 liter of water.
Moderate amount of caffeine.
