Coconut Pouchong
A super interesting one, pouchong is a type of tea that is just slightly oxidized and falls somewhere between a green tea and an oolong. Sweet and creamy coconut is cut with light astringency from the pouchong, a light & delicate brew that is great with milk, or just straight up.
Steeping Suggestions:
Hot: 180°F Amount: 2 tsp. of tea. Steep: 3 minutes
Iced: Steep 1 oz of tea overnight (or 8-12 hours) in 1 liter of water.
Ingredients: Pouchong tea, coconut, natural coconut flavor, blue cornflowers.
Moderate amount of caffeine.
