Golden Flower Anxi Oolong
Also known as Huang Jin Gui, this oolong is grown in the Anxi county in the Fujian province of China. Hand rolled leaves with a low oxidation level, and tasting notes of honeysuckle, sweet osmanthus and lilac. Subtle creaminess makes this oolong so delicious, especially as an iced tea. Grown at 800 meters. Can be resteeped multiple times.
Steeping Suggestions:
Hot: 212°F Amount: 1 tsp. of tea. Steep: 2-3 minutes
Iced: Steep 1 oz of tea overnight (or 8-12 hours) in 1 liter of water.
Moderate amount of caffeine.
