Our organic Ceremonial Grade Matcha comes from a Spring harvest in Japan’s southernmost main island, Kyushu. Tasting notes of steamed green beans, eucalyptus and seaweed. Comes in a 40g (1.4 oz) sealed tin, which is equivalent to about 15 servings of Matcha. Perfect way to start your day!

Method:

  1. Pour 1 tsp of Matcha powder through a sifter into a bowl.

  2. Add 3 to 4 oz (about 1/4 cup) of water and your sweetener of choice.

  3. Use a chasen (matcha whisk) to froth the matcha until glossy and foamy (about 30 seconds).

  4. Drink by itself or add milk of choice.

Once opened, matcha will be at its prime for 3 months. After 3 months, the matcha looses its’ potency over time, but is still delicious. Store in the refrigerator for maximum freshness.
