Pu'erh Tuo Cha
A fermented black tea, this pu’erh is pressed into wrapped tea cakes. Just boil some water, drop a cake into your teapot and there you have it. A rich, dark, and earthy cup of tea that can be steeped multiple times and cannot be over-steeped. Also traditionally used in Chinese medicine to aid digestion and lower cholesterol.
Steeping Suggestions:
Hot: 212°F Steep: 30 seconds to 30 minutes
Iced: Steep 1 tea cake overnight (or 8-12 hours) in 1 liter of water.
