Pu'erh Shou
A traditional black pu’erh, this one has aromatic notes of damp forest, dried mushrooms, leather, and earth. This fermented tea has little astringency and a deep rich body. If the taste is too strong you can dilute it with a little bit of water.
Steeping Suggestions:
Hot: 212°F Amount: 2 tsp. of tea. Steep: 4-5 minutes
Iced: Steep 1 oz of tea overnight (or 8-12 hours) in 1 liter of water.
