Honeybush
Darker than a rooibos with a little more of a burnt brown sugar and bark quality, the complexity of honeybush is a must try. A cousin of the Rooibos plant and also only grown in South Africa, Honeybush is the non-caffeinated option for dark tea lovers. Great by itself or as the base to a fun new tea mix, like our The Ridge Breakfast blend.
Steeping Suggestions:
Hot: 212°F Amount: 2 tsp. of tea. Steep: 5 minutes
Iced: Steep 1 oz of tea overnight (or 8-12 hours) in 1 liter of water.
No caffeine.
