Hojicha is the roasted leaves and stems of the tea plant (Camellia Sinensis), which results in this lovely nutty and roasted deep flavor. Another lightly savory tea with a woodsy scent. At the shop we have a powdered version that we make into a latte, so good!
Steeping Suggestions:
Hot: 212° F Amount: 2 tsp. of tea. Steep: 5 minutes
Iced: Steep 1 oz of tea overnight (or 8-12 hours) in 1 liter of water.
Low amount of Caffeine.
