White Monkey
Not to be confused by it’s name, White Monkey is a green tea from the Taimu mountains in the Fujian province of China. This tea is comprised of young leaves and unopened buds that are a bit fuzzy. A lovely delicate tea with sweet apricot notes and a subtle vegetable undertone. A light cup that is a favorite of green tea lovers.
Steeping Suggestions:
Hot: 180°F Amount: 2 tsp. of tea. Steep: 3 minutes
Iced: Steep 1 oz of tea overnight (or 8-12 hours) in 1 liter of water.
