Sri Lankan Black
This black tea from Sri Lanka starts with a dried raisin aroma, and into a rich, malty, and lightly smokey black tea. A great pick-me-up or afternoon tea. Also known as Ceylon black tea.
Steeping Suggestions:
Hot: Temp: 212°F Amount: 2 tsp. of tea. Steep: 3 minutes
Iced: Steep 1 oz of tea overnight (or 8-12 hours) in 1 liter of water.
Moderate Caffeine.
