Virgo Astrolotea
Our Virgo Astrolotea is our last “summery” tea of the zodiac. This one is simple but delicious—a green (to represent Virgo’s earth element) oolong scented with apricots, which comes out beautifully, as long as you steep it according to the instructions exactly as a Virgo would—pay attention to the steeping temp, this oolong can’t handle boiling water and can only steep for four minutes. Steeping Suggestions:
Hot: Temp: 200°F Amount: 2 tsp. of tea. Steep: 4 minutes
Iced: Steep 1 oz of tea overnight (or 8-12 hours) in 1 liter of water.
