Sueña Conmigo, or “Dream with Me” in English, is our own sleepy time blend. Sure to send you straight to dreamland, Passion flower and Valerian root are the powerhouses of this blend. The Honeybush creates a deeper more complex taste, delicious!
Steeping Suggestions:
Hot: Temp: 212°F Amount: 2 tsp. of tea. Steep: 5-20 minutes
Iced: Steep 1 oz of tea overnight (or 8-12 hours) in 1 liter of water.
Ingredients: Valerian root, Honeybush tea, Chamomile, Spearmint, Passion flowers, Lemon Balm, Lavender, Cherries and Blue Cornflowers.
No caffeine.
